Rezeption und Zimmerservice, jedes Mal wenn wir einen Frage oder Bitte hatten, wurden wir abgewimmelt (z.B. wir wollten eine weitere Bettdecke, da es nachts frisch wurde - kam nicht. Wir baten um ein Taxi nach Tofino - ging nicht, wir sollten selber eine App runterladen. Wir fragten nach einer Reservierung im hauseigenen Restaurant - ging ebenfalls nicht, wir sollen uns doch selber an das Restaurant wenden...). Zimmerreinigung kam oder auch nicht...

This is an incredible place to stay. Wonderful food and awesome staff. Our room was huge and the perfect view of the ocean. 10 out of 10 for this resort.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I floated out, I felt so relaxed and peaceful. The environment, the staff, and the amenities made for the perfect weekend. My surf instructor Sam was excellent. He was just the right balance of technical and encouraging. My RMT Jordyn was an effective communicator and I floated from there to the sauna and hot tub. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. I loved the ocean view and the balcony for morning coffee. I’ll be back!

Our room had a breath-taking view, as well as being nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The main lodge and grounds have been thoughtfully designed with easy access entrance, lobby, guestrooms and dining. Last year we stayed in the forest cottages which were large and very comfortable; this year we stayed in the lodge building with the view. A difficult choice for next year. All the staff we encountered were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Dinner & breakfast both great. Tofino is a really beautiful place and Cox bay is an outstanding beach.

We have spent the past ten years visiting Tofino, and recently enjoyed our 10th anniversary at Long Beach Lodge - we were married at LBL, and have returned every year. While we love the view of Cox Bay from our room, or while enjoying a meal in the Great Room, or while on the patio in front of one of the fire pits, it is the people who work at Long Beach Lodge who keep us coming back. Always friendly, and always willing to go out of their way to ensure each guests needs are met. While faces have changed over the years, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff have remained, ensuring that each guest leaves LBL with positive ever-lasting memories. Thank you! Lovely spot on the beach. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was very spacious and clean. The bed was super big and comfy. Reception staff were friendly and so were the staff in the outside cafe area around the fire pit. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was great. We made use of the free laundry facilities which had great appliances and free detergent. A great place to stay just 6 minutes out of town. The only small negative we would say is that whilst the rooms were very clean. The balcony glass and balustrades were very dirty and obstructed what was a wonderful view. We appreciate it’s on the beach and will get weathered however a quick wash over between guests would make the outlook from the balcony and the indoor chairs that much more special. We did mention this to the front desk on day two. But it wasn’t rectified. This would not stop us recommending or returning but felt it needed a mention.

We had a wonderful stay on this rugged and picture beach. The hospitality and care of all of the staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast as well as dinner. Compliments to the chef. We cannot wait to come back here!
