"5th trip"

Our 5th time there certainly says that we like the place!! If anything, we would like to se more selection in the dinner menu and though we admire their support for BC wineries, we would like to see some imported wines as well. Other than that, great place and we will return!!

Incredible experience. Amazing, quiet beach, clean rooms with great amenities. Check out the Surf Club for hot tub and drinks! Would be incredible for events.

Since I stumbled upon LBLR almost a decade ago, I have returned (from Alberta) specifically to stay here many times, including twice in the past year. The accomodation, meals, staff, and service are consistently top-notch. I would recommend this location for your personal getaway, family vacation, honeymoon, or work retreat. It's impossible not to leave refreshed.

"Pure Paradise"

Since it's opening, Tim Hackett has continued to nurture & respect this piece of paradise. Every visit is magical! Pure, powerful, peaceful, raw nature on the most breathtaking Cox Bay. It is paradise no matter the weather! Invigorating, rejuvenating, refreshing, healing. The meals are scrumptious, the hot tub delightful, the sunrises and sunsets divine.

"Another wonderful stay in paradise!"

We have stayed at Long Beach Lodge for 15-20 years and it never fails to feel like a home-away-from home. It is a beautifully crafted lodge with spacious and very cozy rooms (we haven’t stayed in the cabins or the suites on the top floor). The beachfront rooms have a view to the most awe-inspiring ocean scenes, summer or winter. The Great Room offers delicious apres-surf and full dinner options as well as great breakfasts. We will return many times again. We don’t feel this peace and closeness with the ocean anywhere else in the world.
