Although we arrived on time, there was no one in the office and we go had to go to a sister hotel to pick up our key. Also, the room was very average with no amenities that make for a nice hotel stay.

Everything was great other than when we got there at 5pm no one was there to check us in. We had to go to another building and still no one. There were 5 separate parties waiting to check in. Finally someone pulled up carrying food, opened up and started checking people in. There was no apology or note on the door either.

No staff on site. After we arrived saw note to go to another location. The room stated it was ocean front and was not. The room did not have bedding for the fold out bed.
