The Chateaux Deer Valley

Terrific dining experience at Cena with Shanika H, who went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful dinner and took great care with special dietary restrictions in our party.

The remodel at the Château is absolutely beautiful. I love what they’ve done with the place. It’s so elevated! We had an incredible meal and their new chef is killing it. Also loved our service from our waiter Billy Cruz. What a great guy with an awesome and hospitable personality. Highly recommend Château!

Shencika our server, was attentive and outstanding. Even with busy restaurant during the holidays, she went above and beyond to find our boys a deck of cards to play games. As my son says, 5 stars!

Being from the deep South, we went to Park City to experience a white Christmas. Even though the area had incurred record high temperatures Christmas week, there was enough snow on the ground for us to enjoy. The Chateaux exceeded our expectations. Our experience started with Reagan & Temple in concierge services and then with Jessie at the front desk. They knew our names and bent over backwards to assist us. The hotel manager, Alex, even stepped in to help us in securing our room for an extra night since we loved the property so much. Room, service, atmosphere, and the drivers for the free transportation were incredible. We are already looking at going back in March or June and want to take our children and their spouses. I told everyone there that I felt their service exceeded what you would get at Disney World.

The newly renovated lobby and restaurant were fantastic! Very cozy and light. Edward and Bri at the front desk were very friendly.The people in Cena were very welcoming! Kadesha and Anton at host stand, Shanique and Nicholas and our server Edgar. Special mention to their managers Jakob and Angel. Good job everyone!

Great place, service, hygiene and very comfortable. Jessie speaks Spanish, so if you don't speak English, try to find her. The only thing I'd change is the mattress; I need hard mattresses due to some back issues.
