The Chateaux Deer Valley

The most spectacularly magical hotel in Deer Valley. We’ve returned to the Chateaux for the second time as the first time was too good. This year we were welcomed by a remodeled lobby. The temporary breakfast setup by the Christmas tree was exceptional!!! We had wonderful Winter Wonderland mornings enjoying breakfast. Mhy was a face we were looking forward to seeing again this year and were we glad that she was here! All the staff are so pleasant and genuinely happy to be at Deer Valley. We appreciate the ability to rent our ski equipment at the Ski and See in the lobby of the hotel - the staff were amazing - provided exceptional service and remembered us from last year. We particularly enjoy the fact that Silver Lake Lodge is across the street from the hotel making it inexcusable not to ski!!! Temple and the team created all these memorable surprises for our birthday celebration. The Chateaux is exceptional and in a league of its own.

Friends and I got a multi room suite for a staycation in Park City. While the season hadn’t started, staying there with family or friends to hit the slopes would be incredibly spacious and comfortable. Dinner downstairs was lovely, and every staff member was warm and accommodating!

I absolutely love staying at the Chateaux. The hotel is stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms are always beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The staff genuinely cares about making your stay exceptional. The pool/ hot tub are amazing and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view in the winter. The on-site restaurant, Cena, is another highlight. Excellent food, great drinks, warm atmosphere, and consistently outstanding service. Their restaurant manager Justice is the best and always makes sure our dining experience is the best. Everything on their new menu is fantastic, and they serve what I consider the best espresso martini in Park City.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Chateaux! The suite layout was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and pool. The staff were kind and helpful and the updates to the property are gorgeous!

We were in a suite and it was incredible! Plenty of room and loved the full kitchen! Staff was very friendly and thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast buffet that they offered while the restaurant is under renovation.

It was my wife’s first time experiencing the fall colours in Utah, amazing location to be at. The Italian Cena restaurant also had great food. I got to know that the hotel along with the rooms were recently renovated, so nothing felt outdated during our stay there. Overall it was amazing, but the very best part of our stay was definitely the SERVICE! Olivia and Sharon at the Front Desk were very welcoming and professional. Patrick, Brian and I think it was Hawkeye also provided excellent bell and shuttle services. I also noticed all the managers always being present to help. All the staff there always had smiles and were attentive, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere for my wife and I.

The resort boasts breathtaking mountain views and a heated pool area, complete with cozy fire pits that come with complimentary s’mores kits. However, I had a minor complaint about to Expedia’s needing inclusion of resort fees and parking charges $40 per night and $30 resort fee Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel.
