Bear Hollow Village by All Seasons Resort Lodging

We have stayed here before and we love it here!!!!! We will definitely be coming back!!!!!!

the apartment and all of the furnishings were comfortable and high-quality, if not a little kitschy (bears, moose, and elk! oh my!). the location, about 5 miles north of park city, was quiet and great for relaxing. check out maxwell's for great pizza just down the street. make sure to call the hotel directly prior to your arrival because the office and key dropbox are located off-site. friendly and accommodating management staff helped us through the challenges of locating the office and the apartment, getting into the parking garage (heated! a luxury?), and trying to secure wi-fi (we never did get the wi-fi to work in the apartment). i would definitely stay here again, as long as i didn't have any work to do while traveling.

Had to call to ask about check in, Check in is off the ground not by rooms.Had to call and have maintenace come over. IT took two phone call to get someone over. Had to change rooms.Well not stay here again

The place was roomy and very clean and comfortable. The accomodations were perfect for 4-6 people. We enjoyed our weekend very much!

While the actual unit and it's location were great for our purposes, we were working in Park City for a couple of days - more information could be provided to facilitate the check in process and how to actually find the unit, where to park your vehicle, etc. It was a bit frustrating to have to call back to the Hotels. com to find out how to actually check in and find the actual unit. Also, the Wifi access did not work, the front desk said they would send service but for 3 days it did not happen - kind of important for a business trip.

Desk staff was nice. Parking garage setup was kind of a pain. Had to get out if the car to use a key to open the garage every time and then use magnetic key every time to get back in the garage. They had a shopping cart to use for your luggage and then use the elevator to get up go your room. No air conditioning just fans. Carpet was white with stains in front room. Clean otherwise.

The lodge was excellent! Clean, roomy and comfortable! Comfortably fit my family of 6 with room to spare. Great for family fun or romantic getaway!

Bear Hollow was a wonderful place for our family to meet for a reunion. It was in a great location to walking trails as well as grocery stores. The place was very roomy and was big enough for all to have their space as well as other guest we invited in. The only drawback we found was that the unit we stayed in did not have air conditioning and unfortunately Utah was experiencing high temps in the 90's during our stay.

Getting checked in and access to the condo itself was quite confusing. The condo was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. There was a problem with the sink leaking; however, once we called, someone came right up to fix it. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
