"Wonderful place for family!"

8.0

We absolutely loved the three bedrooms for our big family! It was like a home away from home. It was exactly what we were looking for: lots of beds, a full kitchen, a common family room, a pool, an exercise room, and close to all we wanted to do in Park City. We had no problems checking-in or out and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

"Nice place, but be aware of check-in process."

8.0

This is a very nice condo, but if you make reservations through Expedia (or similar site) be aware that they may not tell you about the check-in process. To pick up your key, you need to go to a location that is NOT at the condo site. The office closes at 4 pm, so if you arrive later, you will need an access code to get into the building. You will then need to call a number to get the access code to your unit. (We arrived at about 7 pm, and when we called the number, we reached voice mail, so we were left standing around with no code. Luckily, we found a second number and were able to reach a person.) Once we got into the unit, we discovered that the thermostat had been set to 86 degrees. (Could have been the maid, could have been the previous tenant...) We immediately turned on the a/c, but the air was not very cold, so it did not cool down very fast. In fact, the coolest our unit ever got was 78 degrees! I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she was very dismissive. The condo is quite nice, and very clean. It's nicely appointed and feels very much like home. As long as you can get in without a problem and the air is set at a reasonable temp (probably a one-time incident???) this is a nice place to stay.

"Great stay!"

10.0

Only downside was the elevator being out of order. We went in the early spring, so had the whole town to ourselves. I could imagine that parking at the resort could be a bit horrendous in the busy seasons.

"Highly Recommended!!"

10.0

We went for a weekend family getaway. The condo was amazing. Fully furnished, all dishware needed, etc. was included. The condo was decorated nicely with a quaint, outdoorsy feel. The check-in is just 1 mile away from the condo and easily located. This was a great place to stay at a very good price; we got this condo at $150/night! Location is great, close to all shopping centers and main street (just a few miles away). We were not able to connect to Wi-Fi when we first arrived. When we called the after-hours customer service line, they offered to send someone out to fix the problem within a half an hour; can't beat that service! The deep-set tub and separate shower were very nice to use after a long day of playing. This is hands-down one of the best places to stay in Park City!

"Family getaway"

10.0

Everything was wonderful the hardest part was finding the building to check in. We had a 3 bedroom. It was nice to have our family in one room. It was a nice getaway for spring break.

"great location"

6.0

The location is perfect. We have stayed at Bear Hollow once before-a privately owned unit and it was exceptional. This time, we went thru Expedia and although the basics were the same, the feel was very much like a well used hotel. It is a condo, so no maid or fresh towel service. I spent a lot of time doing laundry(although it was in our unit). Our bedroom door didn't lock and our tv plasma screen was shattered. The free internet never worked. Utah is a beautiful place, consequently we didn't spend much time in our unit anyway.

"Late Spring skiing March 2013"

8.0

A very good place for families, an enthusiastic two-thumbs-up! 30 minutes from SLC airport, off-site registration was easy to find right next to Park City Info Center two traffic lights off I-80. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo was spotless and had all the ammenities you'd expect to find at home inc full kitchen, washer/dryer and heated garage parking. Location is about 1 mile from The Canyons Resort and three miles from Park City Main Street. Wal-Mart, outlet mall and many restaurants very close. We would highly recommend this condo. DWM.

"great for a family"

8.0

Very comfortable 3 bedroom condo.....wonderful stocked kitchen had everything you needed to make meals just had to buy food. It was perfect for large family and had a large dining table too. Very close to ski resorts and entertainment. Only problem we had was the storage closet in garage does not lock and we really could of used it for storing the ski and equipment. Very clean and nicely decorated!!!!! Complex was very quiet!

"Nice, but missing some basics"

8.0

My first impression was that it was real nice, but the bear/moose theme is over the top. The mattress on the pull-out couch was unusable, perhaps one of the worst I've ever seen. The set of teflon cooking pans were so nasty and scratched that we wouldn't use them either. Was real disappointed there wasn't a single condiment or spice available, not even salt and pepper. Could've used a few extra towels too.
