"Maintenance issues causing wet bathroom floors"

There was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling making the floor in completely wet. The water ran into the sink area. There was an old wrapper left on the floor. The room had a strong odor. The hotel is located near a train crossing so you can hear an occasional whistle.
