"Rooms are questionable."

The room was clean.. but there were bugs in the room, mostly coming from the air conditioning. The fitness room is non functional (no access) looks like storage now, and there is no bus to airport available. Lots of parking though. The service was great - no issues there, when we requested water there were none for sale - but the service person (the man) gave some waters to us meant to the employees. :) The breakfast was alright, just make sure to get it early (it ends early). To be fair, this is a alright hotel, but the rooms are not up to standard.

There was stained sheets and broken air conditioner and the bathroom was not clean and tub was clogged up. Sink was nasty as well had to ask for sheets and a changed room but room was worse than the first one and nastier .

Very reasonable price and excellent management Keep up the good works The area lacks any convenience stores and restaurants Close to airport and can get loud So just plan around this and it will be well worth the trip Easy enough to get to all the local area shops

HORRIBLE! The pictures they have on Google are not accurate at all! King suite was what I booked and I was highly upset when we arrived. Rooms are not located "inside". The room we were in was nasty and dirty. Dead bugs on the floor throughout the room. Bugs crawling on the walls. Bathroom was nasty and dirty. Mirror was filthy. Room looked like it had not been cleaned or dusted. Bad odor in the room. Tub was disgusting. TV didn't work but upon looking, it was not plugged in and neither was the microwave. Plugged in the TV and it needed to be set up so we were unable to even watch TV. Mini fridge was dirty. Phone in the room did not work. We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect the room. Bugs were flying out the sink drain. Went to the front desk to complain and to check out and get refund and was told he could not give us a refund that only the manager could. Asked him to call the manager and he said it was too late to contact the manager (it was 8:30 pm). We did check in around 7:30 pm due to getting in town and having to finalize funeral arrangements for thr next day. We were basically stuck having to stay in this nasty room for the night. Immediately the next morning we checked out and got a refund. I showed the front desk clerk all the pictures and videos of the bugs and uncleanliness of the room and all he could do was apologize. Horrible experience to endure during a time where we came for a funeral of our loved one.
