"Almost the worst hotel ever."

Place looks like it should be demolished and rebuilt . Debris everywhere. Chipped and dirty tub. Non working microwave. Asked 3 times for a replacement. And told we will look for one. It gas been 4.5 hours and no replacement. Patio door is really hard to open. Pools and hot tubs are closed. Fridge is old and missing freezer door. Not very clean

Room was nice. Close to a lot of places. Highway right there so traveling was easy. A few of the staff were super friendly.

A little run down but was cheap so kinda balanced out.

The pool table and ping pong table

I didn't like anything. The washroom was AWFUL! The floors in the room were filthy. The beds were creaky and old. It was terrible. The place used to be very nice and now it's terrible. There were 2 pools that were empty of water except for the sludge at the bottom. It was so disappointing especially with a kid.

Nothing staff is not picking calls

Staff is very rude and unprofessional moreover bedsheets were dirty and smelly. Moreover wifi is not working.
