Clean and nice bed

If I could rate it zero I would. I lay there trying to sleep over the sound of the person next door vomiting loudly all night. The people in the room on the other side seemed to be trying to kill each other throwing things and screaming at each other. The plumbing is horrendously loud so every time someone used it I woke up from whatever snatches of sleep I had managed to steal. The door had no lock so I had to wedge it with a chair. The room was clean but poorly maintained and I checked out first thing the next morning losing my money for the second day because honestly I’d rather sleep in my car than spend another second in that hole. They know it’s bad and they don’t care.

The location and staff was great.

The room needs renovation. Washroom was so dirty , knobs and windows was broken , showers suddenly change the temperature from cold to very hot or hot to very cold :( , the toilet flushed water in the middle of the night , scary 😬 . The outside area was dirty .

The property is in a rough neighborhood and very run down.

Can’t say I liked anything about the property.

Pictures and descriptions were very misleading. None of the pools or hot tubs work. They are now just used for junk storage. This place is a dump and literally falling apart. The willow tree fell on the playground and it was left broken and the branches were not even cleaned up. You can tell the owners are very careless and in the business of taking money without reinvesting. Our room was filthy. The floor and drywall was cracked and rotting out. Not good at all.

I found that it was very clean.

It was very old and needed renovation.

The rooms were kept very tidy as well as it was very quiet and peacefull..no loud partners or anything..and private.

Once you step foot outside the hotel room...its extremely filthy all over the property...garbage everywhere...garbage cans were overflowing and dumping over the tops...I tried to ask some questions about different things to do in the area....I kept getting sharp 1 word answers from the staff who made it very clear with both there attitudes and they way they looked at me that they did not care and just wanted me to leave...
