Honest value for money and honest photo/description.

Grounds were AWFUL, dead bird, rotting food in parking lot, dirty, garbage, used tampons, human feces. Smoking smell in rooms.

The location was lovely, they did have outdoor seating in the front and back of the hotel which was nice.

When checking in for the first nught the gentleman was very friendly and nice, however on our second day there, there was some confusion to my booking ( we went a day early) and I hsd someone from the hotel call me and ask me why my belongings were still there?? I booked online the original stay 3 weeks ago and wanted to go a day early, so communication between staff would've been better When it came time to checking out, the staff wasnt friendly, noone asked how the stay was, just not very professional dealing with public I stayed at the hotel years ago and it seemed to be in better shape, the sink had stains in it, the blinds fell off the tracker when you turned them etc

location is great

pools hot tub and game room all not working or not there, misrepresentation of facilities.room was not clean smelled very musty, bath tub had shampoo stains on it so had not been cleaned very well
