The property was amazing. Location and amenities were perfect. Daily cleaning and nightly turndown service were great. Everything you could imagine was provided- bikes, trolleys, 10 pools, everything you need was provided

The family had an awesome stay, enjoyed some great food and really appreciated the service / attention to detail. The community is just incredibly beautiful, it was nice & quiet, and the pool-beach access was so convenient. We will definitely return!

Room 218 assigned obstructed view located over massive pool equipment, limited privacy . Apparently Booking. Com and Water color inn have a different understanding of accommodations. The resort claims Bookings at fault for the room mix up . Probably better to book directly

The staff is amazing!! Always, kind and helpful in every way possible. They truly go above and beyond. From helping with bags to keeping our room perfect! The best hotel service I have ever had. Housekeeping even kept our charging cords organized! Fresh baked cookies and water at turndown service every evening. We were even allowed to text when we wanted our room clean so not once did housekeeping knock on our door. The complimentary treats in treat room were prefect for our kids! Ice cream sandwiches, goldfish, fruit, popcorn and drinks were all loved and so appreciated!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel is beautiful and easy to get around. An easy vacation with or without children.

This was possibly the most welcoming and well appointed room we have experienced in all of our travels. Very comfortable bedding but the moment we walked in, we were wowed. Only booked a standard room so didn’t expect the amenities, roominess, convenient hooks around the room which were incorporated into the lovely decor. Welcome basket of treats and a Treat Suite on each floor were a nice touch. Everything was conveniently located and a great spot to walk to Seaside to explore. Just loved the Watercolor Inn.

The setting is beautiful and the rooms are perfection. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good. But the difficulty in getting to the beach and the excessive charge for not very good beach chairs were so off-putting that I would not return.

A lovely location and staff is particularly friendly and helpful. We would come here again, if the opportunity presented itself. A few observation: 1. Only restaurant to serve breakfast was under construction and outdoor dining area was windy and cold. Only remaining option was room service. There was notable in our room and breakfast arrived on a tray. Awkward! 2. Many amenities in room but we stall ran out of TP and Kleenex. 3. There is a snack area on the floor with a small ice machine. Not adequate to the task, even for the hotel ice bucket. 4. Toilet is located in room adjacent to bath. Door swing is so wide that closing and opening the door with you inside is a problem.

The 30a Community and The Water Color Inn were fantastic~we will return to beat the cold Wisconsin weather. Attention to detail and service to our needs made us feel special! The walkability of the area and the endless white sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico was wonderful.
