It was ok. Authentic local vibe
Bedsheets were not changed prior to check in. The beds are in terrible condition, the matresses where flimsy and too soft, it’s like you can tell that they are decades old. They did not provide clean bedsheets saying that they did not arrive from Laundry. Staff told me that I needed to leave a deposit for clean towels. Food was terrible as well. I requested to speak to a manager and was told managers where not on site that weekend. Not words to describe what a terrible experience and would not recomend this place to anyone. Please take care of this place because your customers do not deserve such mistreadment.
At the beginning of our trip, we experienced some discomfort due to housekeepers entering our room without prior notice, which highlighted a need for improved communication between the staff and management. However, we ultimately had a wonderful time enjoying the beach. We look forward to the possibility of returning and hope to see enhanced communication among the team during our next visit. Flys everywhere, bad food
Did not enjoy the beach. It has too much seaweeds. The beach is very shallow and not swimable. There are too many boats etc. on a small beach that smells like gasoline all the time. The pool is large and nice but it’s basically a playground for children and young people. It’s hard to enjoy the pool. The food was not good. The staff seemed nice and hardworking.
