The hotel needs a good cleaning. The floors, bedding and couch all had many stains. It was very convenient location but we were concerned for the safety of our car overnight. No secure parking.

"Not a 4 star from any angle!"

The hotel was clean and close to the main road, but the room was more like a basic 2 star hotel. The toilet was ancient and the toilet seat was in very poor condition. Worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to. Breakfast matched the standard of the hotel, there wasn't even a toaster in the breakfast room.

"Great hotel for families"

The room we stayed was filled with IKEA style furniture and clean. The people were very friendly and spoke good English and helped book Uffizi and Accademia reservations. The hotel is located south of Florence directly next to an E35 exit. Very easy to get access to all the major roads including the ones to Florence, Sienna, Pisa and Rome. One needs to have a car as we did for Tuscany area tour. There are laundry and COOP supermarket for daily routines within driven distances.

"Italy, Reggello - Hotel I Ciliegi"

We read bad reviews for the hotel and tried to keep an open mind going into our stay. Surrounding area seemed decent. Hotel lobby and eating area not so bad. Nice receptionist. Went to room (for family of five) and big enough. Downsides were, however, as follows: 1) Noise all night long as they had to situate us right next to the elevators for a family of five. Fortunately, we were so exhausted, we were able to sleep through most of it. 2) Lost electricity at night and didn't get it back in all outlets before leaving the next morning. Be sure to bring a flash light just in case. We had a hard time finding a hotel for a family of five so we might consider returning if we couldn't find anything else, but we would definitely insist on staying well away from the elevators.
