Villas front bathroom had no lock on it , made it kind of awkward while in the bathroom, just hoping others in the house would knock before entering. We were disappointed that we could not have utilize the tables in the pool area ,for our dinner we cooked on the grill. It was a wonderful evening to do that. We were looking forward to sitting and relaxing while we enjoyed the steaks and watch the kids enjoy the pool .

The room was big.

Not one person at that location for 3 days and 2 nights smiled. Staff walks by and no acknowledgment or smile or anything. If you need something from the front desk no one can bring it to you until housekeeping comes in. People park in the fire lane. What in the world would happen if there was a fire. They give you a card and check out towels for you at the pool and when you return them they just say “throw them over there”. So how do I know if I was credited for returning them. Your staff has no people skills. Go to other resorts and walk aand see how nice people are then walk around your property!

The location was fantastic. The villas were extremely spacious (much more than the pictures let on)! While this is a timeshare property it seemed to have much better amenities than other time share properties I’ve visited . It’s a relaxing, comfortable stay. There were lifeguards at the pool and the resort activities were fun & engaging. We were able to book a wonderful dinner at Antler’s Lodge at their sister property and they were equally accommodating for our group of 21 children & adults. SeaWorld was an easy drive as well. We hope to return soon!

The shower heads are disappointing. I wish if hotels insisted on water governors they would at least put in removable handheld shower heads so that one can get the water to where the soap is.

We stayed at this resort and got shafted ! Stay away. Time share supervisor Mr Mancini will lie to your face to get you to sign. Swindler, scum !!!!
