Le Volpaie

Breakfast was pleasant and good continental spread however not really any hot options. Room was a good size and comfortable, pool was lovely. Had a room with a balcony which was nice.

Very dated appearance to everything. Also on booking we were promised a 'live piano evening' which we were excited for, however, on arrival staff had no idea what I meant and clearly was not going to happen. They also had recommendations for activities in a brochure but when we asked the staff about this they struggled to give further information on anything. In short some staff were helpful and others were not although I think there was a language barrier problem.
