La struttura si trova non distante da san Gimignano, da Colle Val D Elsa e da Volterra. Dà la possibilità di visitare i dintorni con comodità, ha un parcheggio, ha una piscina molto piacevole. La colazione è sia salata che dolce e molto buona, con un re-stock continuo da parte dello staff. Quest' ultimo è disponibile e gentile

La struttura è datata e necessita di manutenzione, la camera dove siamo stati era sita al piano terra, vicino ad una porta di passaggio di altre 8 camere e disponeva di un pessimo isolamento, per questa ragione sentivamo molto forti i rumori del piano di sopra e del bar attiguo. Addirittura dello scarico del bagno. La camera inoltre non aveva un buon odore probabilmente per una questione di umidità,presentava un muro macchiato, ma non era possibile lasciare la finestra aperta tutto il giorno in quanto essendo in una zona verde ma sprovvista di zanzariere, si riempiva di insetti. Notifichiamo di aver speso per 2 persone, 500€ per tre notti, con prima colazione. Seppure nel weekend del ponte del due giugno, consideriamo il prezzo richiesto troppo alto per la struttura.
