The hotel room was not clean. My sink was clogged with a black hair floating in the water. Also, when I tried to turn down the AC, there was another black hair there! I took pictures! Also, breakfast is poor and not worth it! The bar was mostly abandoned and I had to go to reception to ask for a bartender. The restaurant they have is not really a restaurant and when I ordered Cesar salad with chicken they didn’t have chicken and then also didn’t have some other ingredients. Overall a really bad experience.

I was surprised at the fact that this hotel didn't have courtesy breakfast for clients. The coffee dispensing machine they had downstairs beside the lobby area was nothing to write home about. I was really really disappointed that as huge as the hotel stood, they didn't have a good coffee., the coffee in the room was just very blank and didn't at all taste like coffee

The hotel definitely had a better days; the classic interior design of 19th century seems was not updated since then, with shabby furniture and peeling wallpapers. The hotel has a coin laundry, but reception was unable/not willing to help with coins, which upset my wife. I have stayed in Raddison Slavyanskaya in Moscow, before- a drastic difference.

Everything was very good. Check in, the condition of the hotel, the room, etc. The only thing we thought was "cheap" was when we went down to check on a breakfast option. There didn't seem to have a lot of options. Beans? For breakfast? A couple hard boiled eggs floating in something. Some scrambled eggs. Nothing special. Then a guy comes out to ask our room. I'm thinking good, no one sneaking in to steal breakfast. He then tells me $15 bucks each (x3) for a buffet. Said no thanks, grabbed coffee and left. All hotels should add a free breakfast for guests.
