Radisson Hotel Toronto Airport West

Property have a convention hall in the same lot which can results no parking and loud noise at night. Building requires decent renovation. As well through the air circulation throughout the building and room gives a smell of Indian Curry odour. Not coming back for sure. Thanks

We were in Mississauga for the long weekend to go to the CNE in Toronto and to do a lot of shopping

The hotel was very old, run down and dirty

Honestly never leave hotel reviews but this hotel deserves one! The room needed a key card to turn the lights on - super inconvenient. It was outdated (stained carpet) and our toilet didn’t flush, we had to get it plunged multiple times and at one point just started putting the toilet paper in the garbage so it wouldn’t plug after every use. They blamed it on the toilet paper use but it would literally plug after one single pee. There were parties going on downstairs both nights we stayed. It was super loud and we didn’t have a parking spot for one night, we had to park in front near a curb and hope that our car didn’t get hit. They “cleaned” the room after our first night stay, they took the towels and shampoo and didn’t leave any new towels or shampoo. We had to wait a half hour our checkout morning before we could shower because we needed to wait for the staff to get us towels and shampoo. This delayed our ride home. The buffet breakfast is not free, and it’s basically a regular hotel breakfast (gross eggs, cereal etc) for 15$ per person. Insane. Honestly the worst stay I have ever had and the staff wasn’t apologetic or try to offer us anything for the multiple issues we experienced. I don’t recommend staying here.

The five-day stay did not meet the standards expected. It began with a room that smelled strongly of body odor and only one working elevator, causing long delays. Though immediately moved to a different room, staff offered no help with my luggage and never checked in on my experience. A confirmed event on the final night blocked guest parking until late, and the front desk advised us to park in a clearly marked no-parking zone. A late checkout was granted, but disappointingly, it came at full cost despite the disruptions. Overall, the experience fell short, and the staff’s training and service did not reflect the level of our usual high rated hotels as frequent traveller.

Bed I slept in was terrible could feel all the springs. Not usually a problem when staying here.

Loved the architecture of the building.....the room was lovely and the beds very comfortable....and all the staff were very pleasant.

Old hotel. Hallways smell.
