How close it was to Shady Maple, the things to do at the facility itself, the bathroom!!!

The traffic noise and the bed itself. Also, it was hard to keep a nice temperature in the room, plus elevator wasn't working the greatest

The Staff and food is good

Elevator is broken, dogs running around, outdated shower was broken

The bed was not to my likes. But the room was beautiful.

Friendly staff. Clean, excellent access to coffee!! Love the old-fashioned atmosphere. The room was large. The warming light next to the shower was a great extra!

The rug could be updated.

I liked the intimacy and quiet nature of the building. The room was spacious and excellent.

Although there is a free K machine for coffee, it's kind of annoying going up or down just for a regular cup of coffee. It would be much better for me to have a coffee machine in the room

The staff was super nice. The hotel elevator was not working, and we had a person that was handicapped. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The bathroom was small. Had to go through the door sideways. The shower was made for people under 5 ft tall. The whole place smelled like weed. Our 1st night it was almost midnight and the room above us was so loud we barely slept. I would never stay there again.

Had fridge and microwave and continental breakfast. Maintenance staff did their best to correct many issues as it was an older place fixed up outside that needs a lot of inside updating and repairs. Met a lovely young Christian couple and they were a joy to talk to. Very uplifting to see such a young couple who loved the Lord. They touched our lives and grateful for meeting them.

I feel bad as I am not one to complain but this was not a good experience. First, elevator was out of order but we were aware of that b4 our arrival. When we arrived we asked for 2 additional towels & told none were available. When entering the room was cold (61degrees). Tried to warm room with no success. Noticed window with no screen open in bedroom. Maintenance staff was nice & tried to correct but window would not seal completely. Room never did warm as told. They turned mobile oil radiator to help compensate. Morning temp it was up to 71 degrees. Bedroom very dimly lit with 2 desk lamps on same side of room. Other side was very dark. Bed was not real comfortable, & the real kicker was the bathroom was so small. It felt like it was an afterthought. Shower so small for 1 person & I'm not a big person that you could barely turn in it & so tight that the shower head (which would not move) sprayed on my neck & had to get use to that & let the water trickle down from neck down your body to get the soap off. The heat lamp timer went off in about 2 minutes so had to keep reaching out of the shower to turn it on for the heat & light it provided. Sink was pushed against the wall & the towel rack hung over the sink basin & the light switch & heat lamp were hidden behind the towel rack. Toilet area very tight & a couple loose tiles on the floor that would stick to your feet if stepped on. When maintenance crew came to look at the heat, & they did apologize & did the best they could, I asked if I could get any extra towels as the front desk stated none were available. They looked surprised & at each other & said "sure we can get them for you" and did. So glad it was for 1 night only. Again, it takes a lot for me to write something like this, but I would never stay there again. When we complained to the front desk, it was like we were being a headache.
