Nous avons apprécié le contact avec le personnel. Ils sont réactifs et toujours souriants. Les produits d'hygiène sentaient trop bon. Les chauffeurs du shuttle du dimanche et lundi soir étaient vraiment sympa. Vraiment je recommande.

Bardzo czyściutko w hotelu po wejściu do lobby unosi się ładny zapach. Elegancki basen na terenie obiektu dostępny w odpowiednich godzinach. W zasadzie pokoje to w pełni wystarczalne mieszkanie z możliwością gotowania i prania.

Stan sprzętu do prania i suszenia mógłby być lepszy. Suszarka zacinałaa się po paru minutach suszenia.

The elevators were far from the rooms

I was looking for something quiet, off the Strip, where I could crash for 2 days after my flight home was canceled in the Great Western US Windstorm of 2026. This place suited my needs to a T: I was able to work from the sitting room in the suite, the Wifi was great, the bed was comfortable. No loud guests or street noise. (A bit of aircraft noise: the airport is literally right next door. But not distracting.) The staff was super-nice and accommodating. I had a few hours to kill between check-out and heading to the airport, and they gave me a special key to let me access the work space and pool deck during that time.

The only real complaint I have is that the food options at the property aren't great. Don't expect great coffee, or any great meals, for that matter. But the Strip is only a mile away, an easy walk or cheap Uber. And there's a free shuttle every half hour. So, not really a problem.

The only issue I had was the location being away from the Vegas Strip. However, they addressed that by providing a shuttle bus to and from the Strip every 30 minutes. The only downside is that the shuttle stops running at 10:30 PM and only goes to one stop at the south end of the Strip, which is at a mall. That location is fine, but I would have preferred it stopped closer to one of the train stations so it would be easier to access the train. Other than that, if you are not planning to spend much time on the Strip, it’s a good location.
