Hands down a great weekend at this place!

Not great. Areas arround the hotel appeared a bit unsafe and was questioned too much on my reason for travel, etc. I didn't like the check in experience too much. I believe this is a time share property.

Questions on my reasons for travel and intended activities at check in. 1 time is enough and if people do not what to disclose then drop it.

バスがストリップの複数の場所に停車してくれると嬉しい。タオルが固かった。お湯が出るまで10分ほどかかった。不動産売り込みイベントへの勧誘がしつこかった。加湿器をリクエストしたが、足りなかったようだった。

—--------------------------- START COPYING REVIEW —------------------------------------ My husband and I bought a timeshare with Bluegreen Vacations in September 2022 as an incentive for him to focus on improving his health, as we were dealing with health problems at the time. They promised us wonderful vacations, so we thought that would be beneficial for his health. We now deeply regret this decision. We were misled about the long-term financial commitment. We were under the impression that we could pay it off and be done, but we were not made aware of the ongoing and significantly increasing maintenance fees. There was an additional increase in the maintenance fees due to hurricane damage at a resort in Florida we are not paying a mortgage. Bluegreen made it our responsibility to shoulder the damage cost, even though they knew we were struggling financially. Next, they are trying to convince us we're paying two mortgages but paying according to points. Now, I am struggling with my own health as well. We have not been able to use the timeshare due to our health and financial issues. We've been trying to sell it for the last two to three years, even contacting the Pinnacle agency as referred to by Bluegreen two years ago, but have had no success. It was sitting on the market for years. We have filed complaints and reached out to the company to exit the contract, but they only suggested selling it or paying it all off. We had a conversation with Keisha Glasco, who is 1 of Bluegreen's representatives. We let her know of all the medical issues, non-affordability, etc. Keisha didn't care and still told us that we must pay, and they'll conduct an internal investigation. We also reached out to the Florida Attorney General for assistance, but we still have no luck. We are in our late 60s and have medical expenses that are piling high. We cannot afford this. We saved all year just to pay the maintenance fee. Currently, we have stopped all payments, mortgage and maintenance fees, to Bluegreen since we can no longer continue to do so. We don't have the means to continue payments since we have to focus on our health. No sympathy from Bluegreen, or any gesture in trying to find a feasible solution for us so that we can be freed from this emotional, physical, and financial burden. Bluegreen calls every week and sends notices in the mail for their mortgage payments. This is just not right and Bluegreen has deceived us.

Location and the bed was super comfortable it had a fully stocked kitchen which I was so happy about plus washer and dryer in the room itself and plus having 2 showers one had a bathtub and the other was super spacious it had a place to sit and had a hand held shower spryer plus a regular shower head in the same shower which was a plus and the sofa was super comfortable and sofa bed so the room could fit two couples plus there was a full size fridge, coffee maker , toaster plus blender and they provided dish soap a sponge to wash dishes with and towels to dry the dishes and even had a dishwasher I look forward to reserving here again and the staff were amazing
