Expected it to have a pool the pool was filthy expectation at the front desk was awesome housekeeping was awesome. Just didn’t have breakfast as the thing said it doesn’t have a pool like the ad said so I was disappointed in those two services. it was false advertisement. It said it had condimental breakfast didn’t have it said it had a pool and it didn’t pool is there but it’s not clean so I would not recommend the hotel for family the accommodations not what I expected for a nice hotel.

When our company confirmed a price quote over the phone, arrived Friday, April 12, 2024, only to be treated very rudley by the desk clerk. She was told about our special rate but Charged our credit card for $115 per room for 4 rooms. When she was address about the charge she wrote down a email and slapped it on the desk saying " If you want a refund, contact them on this email!' What over $500 now tied up on our credit card, and no telling how long they will take to respond or get our refund!! We do not recommend staying at this hotel!! Unless they address the clerk and fix the refund policy!!! Bad experience for the first time there. And NO we didn't stay there either!!

i was put in a room that had a broken toilet and fridge. oh and cable box. asked to move on the first night and almost every night. they never switched me until i REBOOKED my reservation. still had to pay a new deposit. i’ve only had 1 refunded. the staff made me and my travel buddy clean the 1st room of risk getting charged &250 and kicked out.

Room was dirty, no curtains, restroom didnt have curtains, sink had dirt as if construction was going on there, no toilet paper, no towels.

Horrible service. Rude staff.

The AC in the room was broken there was no remote to the TV I brought it to their attentions and they took 2 days to resolve it.... Most likely management doesn't care!!!

It is a nice location near to all main entertainment and restaurants

Bad experience, the hotel was dirty no light and unsafe.

Hole is bathroom sink. Trash in pool area. No parking lot lighting. There are better hotels in the area that at least has a lighted parking lot for parking work vehicles. Says no smoking but the 2nd floor smelt like weed. Elevator was broke. This was the worst place hotels.com has ever provided for me.

No pool cold breakfast ac was not cool made noise all night
