The pool green, the key to my door never worked, there is no breakfast in the morning even tho there is a breakfast area, noise all night long on the weekend, microwave didnt work in my room, ac didnt blow cold at all i was sweating. Just to name a few problems i had. Ive been there before. It didnt used to be like this. All the problems i had o couldve gor some money back. O yea. I didnt get my deposit back. Never going back

Hotels.com asked me to re write my review. So I will simplify it. Going on 3 weeks and no security deposit returned

They charged me more than what Expedia quoted without a genuine reason and I am still taking this up with expedia

We had to change room three times to get a room that was fairly acceptable. First room had no lights in the bathroom. The second room had plumbing issues (sink and tub would not drain). The third and final room was not very clean and had a moldy and smoky odor. Also, breakfast is advertized but never provided. We will never stay at this hotel. Other members in our group were so unsatisfied that they changed hotels. We should have done that.

Staff was rude, pool was closed, and they fail to tell you there is a $50-$100 deposit that is separate from your room charge.

Well I do have to say WINTER was extremely professional and helpful with an issue so for that I’m thankful!! The issue has not been resolved,I was charged an extra $37.47 on my credit card that apparently No one knows why…. That’s not my deposit that I have not problem with but that was at 10:35 and then at 1:18 the $37.37 was charged for NO REASON. The pool was green and unacceptable. Only one morning was there cereal and coffee was gone by 7. Just all together would Never recommend nor stay there again!! I will be contacting whoever I can to get my $37.47 back!! Believe me, I’ve tried and yet to get a single answer!!! Thank you Winter for your professionalism and help as much as you could.

I needed a place to stay due to family emergency. I found a deal online. But not what I hoped for. We did get to sleep.

I thought the staff was very kind. The property was centrally located and on a quiet road. There was a fridge and microwave which was nice. The facility and rooms need some serious cleaning/maintaining. My room was not very clean, especially on the floor.
