Was double charged and never refunded. No responce from the email sent and the management was very rude on the phone hung up on me. I will NEVER stay there again.

This is NOT a smoke-free property. Grocery bag taped over smoke detector in room. Room was not clean on check-in - ash on sheets. Wyndham should disassociate itself from this place. Find another hotel. This place is disgusting.

Absolutely terrible. If we wouldn’t have been driving with 2 small children in a storm we would have immediately checked back out. Front desk checked us into a room that didn’t exist, went back up to get our right room and then the keys didn’t work. Had to go back up to get a new key for the right room. Room was dirty when we got there i didn’t even let my kids take their shoes off. Smelt like cigarette smoke and weed. My husband saw people actively smoking weed in the halls and front desk. Was charged a $50 deposit and did not receive back with no explanation as to why. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back regarding this issue.

The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. It had mud in it. I can tell that the carpet was vacuumed but the mud was still on the carpet. Otherwise, the room was clean. All staff was friendly.

If you're interested in saving some coin stay here... minutes from everything The pool was out of order for the summer but we had a jacuzzi room so it worked out...
