Howard Johnson by Wyndham Houma

Carpet had wet spots about a square foot that smelled like a horrible carpet cleaner. Smell was irritating to eyes and nose. There wasn't anyone staffing the front desk at times, waiting for 15 minutes. They said they were understaffed in housekeeping. I never received my $50 deposit back either.

This place was absolutely horrible. Filthy horrible customer service (Lindsey). Pool not working, had to change rooms 3 times

Property says no smoking, room smelled like smoke , bathroom dirty, room not cleaned.

Dirty towels dirty shower certain dirty bathtub was unable to use bathtub dirty walls I asked if they could clean the bathtub and they never came I asked if they could empty my trash and I was told to empty it myself that housekeeping was gone forthr day no manager was on the property I was told that the manager lives out of state there was no breakfast like it was advertised no pool like it was advertised very dirty outside lots of hanging out outside

They didn't have my reservation. The place was dirty and there were people in the lobby yelling about the fact that the air conditioning didn't work. The area was unsafe and we were approached in the parking lot by shady people looking for a ride. The place looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Shockingly bad experience.

The pool is STILL dirty from 4 years ago, the ice machine on the first floor doesn’t work, and they still haven’t given me my deposit back!!!!!
