Dirty carpet broken toilets smelly no towels

Absolute worst experience with a hotel in my life. Checked in and went to room. There was black mold everywhere, immediately walked down to cancel and was told I checked in so no refund would be processed. I have been charged for 2 nights that I didn’t stay in and a deposit that I have yet to receive back. I’ve contacted the hotel as well as emailed the manager with no reply. So not only was I out of money for this hotel I had to rent another one for the weekend. Stay away!

We used to stay here years ago when visiting family and it was nice. Drove up this year to a dirty, crumbling building. Our room smelled like it was smoked in. They didn't even bother to take the chairs off the tables in the dining area. The "free breakfast" was cereal and sour milk. Heard people next to us talking till 5am. They weren't loud, the walls just seem paper thin. Only 2 small square pillows per bed. We booked 3 nights, only stayed the one. Lots of nicer places around.

Did not know about the deposit until I got there.Staff on duty was helpful but don't book 3rd party

Unprofessional very noisy people and it seems to be just a spot for locals to get a room vs out of town people needed some place to stay

Terrible and dirty

I paid for a week and was a few hours late, they refuse to refund my money, and denied me the stay that i paid for.

Absolutely horrible experience! We checked in the room was full of mold. The hotel smells horrible. Nightmare from hell hotel! We walked in the room and back out told the lady at the front desk that we would not be staying and they refused any type of refund because we had already “checked in”!

Was nasty towels were dirty

The property is Outdated. My shower curtain had MOLD all over the bottom portion of it. No microwave in the room, only one in the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than two nights.
