They spent the whole time trying to get us to leave? Baffling

Basic, average stay. Se did feel unsafe due to random people sitting outside on the hotel property. (Homeless or addicts smoking near entrance) Hotel smelled of smoke regardless of several signs saying not to smoke. (Cigarettes & weed smoke in halls/rooms)

I’m not sure where to begin but I’ll start with the black mold. It’s everywhere inside and out. The entire place was just nasty. The floor in the room hadn’t been vacuumed, much less cleaned. The bathroom was unclean, the towels and wash cloths were stained, and the lavatory had been broken and glued back together. We had issues getting into our room. Every time we left the room we had to get the front desk (if you could find anyone) to get us back into the room. Locals told us the place is more of an hourly rental type place.

This place is old and needs to be retired. The front desk attendant was rude and loud. An hour or so after checking in, I could hear her down the hall hollering and cursing at the guys who were installing the air conditioning units in the rooms. Very unprofessional. Will not stay here again.

I booked this stay two weeks ahead of time. Only to arrive and find out I’d been canceled but the hotel appeared empty. I was forced to rebook for almost double my original rate. I was not happy!

First i reseved a suite wirh hottub. When i checked in she charged me full price for 2 nights. I didnt get the room i paid for because she said all the hotubs were out of order. The website says pool. There is no pool. She put up in a room that smelled like dog poo. Down the hall was dof poo all over it. Hotels.com is a joke. I purchased the insurance. Well i got chatged over 200 and was there 4and half hours. I paid for insurance which is a scam.

Hotel had no power on arrival, but was still accepting bookings. Then refused to refund the stay when I mentioned that we needed access to power before checking in. Was already skeptical of the hotel, but it was the only thing available. Wish I wouldve drove to New Orleans to begin with instead of dealing with them.

Advertised breakfast but nothing but instant coffee. People are great but the property is very over priced for what you get. The beds were clean but the floor was nasty. Bathroom was nasty.

Cheerios for breakfast no electric from hurricanne-generator not working no lights no food no air -we stayed in lobby most of our stay-it was terrible!!!!!i want a full refund including my deposits!!!!

Dirty towels in rooms no housekeeping no breakfast smells like weed bad dirty all together no pool everything broke no water pressure
