Days Inn by Wyndham Utica

The building is just off i90, so it's very convenient. The room was clean, albeit small and could use some updates, it served it's purpose for 2 of us to stay one night. The bathroom was very clean and had some nice updates. Our room had a very efficient heat and air conditioning unit so that our room was a perfect temperature.

There were a few maintenence issues... loose tiles on bathroom floor, a screw was missing from the door lock as well as the shower valve, and the TV was outdated, but again, everything served its purpose for a one-night stay. The complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash came in refillable pump bottles secured to the shower wall. Most importantly, the mattress and pillows were too soft and squishy, leading to a bit of tossing and turning during the night for spines in their 40-somethings. I wish I had known that I could submit pictures with my review! The photos on the web are not from this establishment.

The location is great for the Nexus stadium. We had hockey tournament there for grandson. The restaurants across the street and Dennys next door

No free breakfast. Was counting on that. Only coffee and some sort of chocolate donut.

Room overall was great. Heat, comfort, clean, Not bad.

Breakfast, older, I wouldn't stay for any longer than 1 - 2 nights.

Location was great. Close to restaurants and highway.

Breakfast was plastic wrap Donuts, granola bars, and coffee. It was advertised as breakfast included.

The Hotel was close to the events that I was attending.

The room was very cold. No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Wanted a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Room door was hard to open . The bed was very squeaky every time you move, you could hear the spring squeaking. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Clean, quiet and employees were helpful

Clean and comfortable, I couldn't ask for more.
