Can’t call the offerings breakfast.

Free breakfast was chewie granola bars, a few apples in a bowl and coffee that was not good.

The staff, especially in the morning, were very friendly and understanding. When checking in the previous afternoon, our key cards would not open the outside door nearest our room. I went back to the desk and at first he didn't believe me but to his credit, he walked to the outside door with me and confirmed that it didn't work. We had to use a door that was further from our room. There are a few food options nearby within walking distance.

The key cards would not open the outside door nearest our room. Someone got fed up and propped it open- security risk. Our room door was very sticky and had to be slammed into to open it. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall. All of the screws were different so apparently misguided attempts had been made to secure it to the wall. Rooms have no fridge, coffee or microwave, and there was only coffee in the lobby (no breakfast). There were no tissues in our room and only a partial roll of toilet paper. We used the tp for tissues and didn't bother to call the front desk for more.

Small, clean and comfortable

Ice storm, had to get staff to put out salt in the evening and I had to do it in the morning. No handicap doors which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the facility in a wheelchair. The entrance is joke with the way the curb juts out as far as getting someone in to the facility in a wheelchair. Bathroom shower had hair in it. Shower hose not long enough for use on the shower chair. Found staff to be very unfriendly. No cart to help with getting things in and out of the hotel. Parking lot was not plowed appropriately, especially in the handicap parking area.

Close to the highway, surrounded by fast food restaurants and a gas station

A sticky floor in the room, it requires a complete renovation. When I turned on the lamp, I got an electric shock, terrible breakfast. Everything is old and not adequate for the price

Staff was courteous and friendly. It was close to our venue.

The amenities advertised for our booking were nonexistent. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was smaller than advertised.
