check in was good. Elevator wasn't working and we were on the 5th floor.

This facility or rather our room desperately needs to be updated. The sofa was stained and crummy. The carpet needs to be replaced. Did not have a toaster. The coffee machine was filthy inside and out.

I loved everything about it. The room was just like a studio apartment very clean and had dishes and everything cleaned waiting for us

The elevator broke and never got fixed. And the wifi didn't work

The rooms were spacious, furnished nicely, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, great pool, beachfront balcony and very clean facility.

The ignorance of other guests.You smell marijuana everywhere. A couple let their dogs go in the pool, shake dry and run everywhere. The hotel staff spoke to them.
