Beach Club at Montego Inn

I loved how big my room was. I had a studio and it was just me, but it was awesome to have a full kitchen and living room. I also love that when I went down to the first floor I was right on the beach and it was overall a really wonderful trip.

The only issue I had was when I was going to check out, I wanted to buy a T-shirt and the girl at the desk appeared to not know what she was doing and told me that she didn’t know how to let me buy a T-shirt so she had to text her boss. I asked could I not just purchase a T-shirt and she said no and after 10 minutes of waiting for her boss to text back, I just told her don’t worry about it. I was really disappointed because I didn’t want a T-shirt to take with me home and because of the girl not knowing what to do I was unable to purchase one. Everything else about my stay was great and everyone was super nice but the person at the front desk. I feel like needs a little more training and needs to know how to handle situations especially when the hotel literally just started selling shirts. I feel like the staff should know how to let patrons order one.

It was very nice. I loved everything.

It was clean, you can walk to the beach from your room it was also peacefully quiet day a night.

Definitely needs to get new up to date furniture. 🥴and the front desk workers lied about giving me an ocean front view when i specifically booked months ago for ocean view Also lied about the WiFi password .

I liked the location, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The floors were dirty. Food and candy was stuck to the carpets and the dishes were greasy. I was planning to clean the dishes before i used them anyway, but the greasiness made it more uncomfortable. I wiped down the counters before use and old food came off from behind the knife block. The cleanliness, while unfortunate, wouldn't have been nearly as big of a deal had there been a mop, vacuum, or broom and dustpan. There was a broom but no dustpan, and no sign of the other.

They have a trash man that continues to bother people for no reason!! And I was trying to talk junk about which trash can to put trash smh
