Overall, nice resort, rooms have been updated and cleaned well. Two maintenance items were disappointing: 1. Dishwasher was quite smelly/moldy and should have been replaced long before we arrived. Surprised housekeeping didn't report that sooner. 2. Guest bath had a musty smell, wall showed bubbling and mold above sink, seemed to have been an ongoing water leak issue that again hadn't been addressed in a timely fashion.

First time at this resort. Found it to be more than what we had anticipated it being. Great accommodations and amenities and we enjoyed the nearby golf, 1 minute drive.

Unit was as expected. Most important to me, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I will stay here again.

Stayed here numerous times...always fun, great location , close to restaurants ,stores and casino. GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Beautiful property, our unit had a view of a water way with ducks. Loved having a kitchen and a patio to use. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows hurt my neck.

After checking in we were sent to the concierge to get our keys, and arm bands where we were asked to give our credit card to go to an incentivized timeshare presentation 😑. Even though it was a refundable depisit, we felt that should have been disclosed upfront because we did not know it was a timeshare property.

The condo was large, clean and in a great location. Everything we needed, including laundry in the condo, washing up accessories etc. great pools and lazy river, cafe and games room.

Fantastic resort located on the east side of Palm Springs CA. Many amazing destinations to hike, to eat, and to play sports (tennis, pickleball, golf, etc)
