First time here. Hard to shake first impression. Went into our unit,our toilet looked like someone pooped but didn’t flush. Permanent brown stains inside the toilet! Icky. House keeping couldn’t resolve it. We weren’t offered another room. Made myself a cup on tea, noticed right before I drank it- pink lipstick on the white cup! On the second night we talked to the lead front desk employee telling her we’re paying $108 housekeeping fee because we stay only 3 nights. We actually had to ask her to wave it. She did. We got a refund of $108 The rest of the time we tried to have a good time, with an icky toilet. Sorry. It’s time to replace this toilet.

Great family-friendly resort with spacious condo-style rooms and lots of amenities — worth considering.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. The grounds were neatly kept, and had plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained.

We have no complaints.

Always have a great stay at this resort. Very clean and staff are extremely helpful . Amenities are very well kept. Computer station is great. My only suggestion would be to have better lighting over computers. It is quite dark.
