"Ok location and pools, timeshare push, bad internet"

Pros: they let us check in early and leave our bags after checkout (standard). Good location for coachella/stagecoach but do not buy the standard festival shuttle as it does not go anywhere close to it. Pools seem nice but we did not have tme to hang out in them. Cons: Timeshare presentation push (every day, multiple times a day). The floor of the room was not even vacuumed/dirty. You have to pay $15/day for crappy internet (and the phone signal was horrible). No ice anywhere. Hotel market/cafe more of a mini-convenience store with minimal products.

My husband I have stayed at 3 Worldmark resorts prior to this one Seaside, OR, Phoenix, AZ, and Kona, Hawaii. This one met and exceeded all expectations. We knew it would be nice, with multiple pools and a lazy river, but the amenities were next level! Not only was it a nice newer area of Indio, close to grocery stores, golf courses, and even a casino - the game room and onsite Market with a Starbucks made it so convenient to not even have to leave the resort. The 2-bdrm unit we stayed in was spacious enough to entertain family guests for part of our stay, and courtesy call from the concierge mid-way to ensure all our needs were being met was stellar. And the comfort of the beds/pillows provided an additional level of elevation. We can’t wait to go back!

"Spring Break stay with family"

This resort has maintained it stature, as they maintain the grounds, keep thing clean and tidy, staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. If you are a golfer, the course is steps away and their prices are very reasonable. And of course having a Starbuck on site is a big benefit for the coffee drinkers, if the room coffee is not for you. The room are adequately furnished and are starting to show their years. As busy as it was we still had plenty of room in the pool and deck area. There are plenty of BBQ for your home cooked meals. Although Indio may be away from the busy area of Palm Springs, it was nice to be in a quiet and peaceful resort.
