The resort has plenty of activities to offer in addition to two swimming pools, spas, gym, shops, playground and pickle ball court. The grills were very convenient and made outside cooking fun. Staff were quite friendly, helpful and eager to help. The unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Internet was free and easy to be connected to. The only surprise was the daily resort fees.

A good time. Not sure if I would go back. I felt like the staff was trying to pressure me into their tour of the complex. I was there to vacation.

Upsetting tactics from the sales team here. Went to a presentation to receive free nights accommodation and a $150 dining card. We had zero interest in what they were pitching but wanted to see what goes on in these things and take the gift. They preach time with family and statistics of stress without vacation without showing a price for the first 90 minutes. We went to the office where a screen door was leaning against the window off its slides and the glass was covered in dirt. It was not luxurious. Almost laughed when sales rep Vickie pulled out a price sheet with an over 100k price tag at 17.99% financing, what a steal. Don’t worry you can refinance it later and pay off the down payment with multiple credit cards. Their words not mine. That package gets you 300,000 points a year. About enough to spend 14 nights away annually. There is no property ownership. This is not an investment. There is no property appreciation. This is a sunk cost for average accommodation. What they don’t tell you clearly up front, once you pay off that price tag you still have to pay monthly maintenance fees that increase as per inflation (avoiding inflation was the main tactic of the sales pitch). You will be paying monthly your entire life. Signing these contracts can financially ruin families, even after you die your children can inherit the deed and be on the hook for the monthly payments. The packages are going for $1 on eBay just so people can get rid of them. I don’t usually care about these pitches offered everywhere and simply write them off as scams, but after attending one I think these people should be ashamed of themselves. I have a pregnant wife and you’re telling me that signing this contract is what we need to do to have a stress free life as a new family. If it was my job to pressure people to spend their hard earned money on what I knew was a garbage product I would take a long look at myself in the mirror. There are many better sales avenues in this country. Don’t talk to me about the importance of family while sliding this ticket to hell deal across the table. We got all this from a 2 hour presentation. We spent the drive home imagining the nightmare of the poor souls who sign up. And read Reddit reviews once getting home to confirm our suspicions. There was an older couple in there with us, both US military veterans, who had sadly already signed up. Older couples like this are probably being taken advantage of the most. Sales Rep. Carmen was super nice. I hope she finds success in the future.

I had a horrible experience at this resort. Upon check in my key never worked, I was told multiple times that they would send someone to fix the door but they never did. I had to call for security to let me into the room every time I left and wanted to reenter. It was an absolute pain. When they did apparently send someone to fix the door it was at 11pm

Resort staff was available and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained. Great location if visiting Joshua Tree NP. Conveinent drive allowed multiple park visits. Scenery is incredible if you enjoy the desert.

I stayed in a two bedroom in Jan 2026. The resort was wonderful - clean & comfortable. There were two issues that were addressed immediately. Things happen but the staff (housekeeping and maintenance) were fast - so fast - at arriving to fix the issues. I was pleasantly surprised! KUDOS to that!

WorldMark Indio is in an excellent location and has everything our family needed to enjoy the sun, pools, hot-tubs, lazy river, movies and more!

It felt like home as soon as I entered. We had enough towels and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything from spices in the kitchen to beach towels.

Some of the golfers were rude to my teenage daughter but it wasn't the hotels fault.
