Dated spot but nice.

Beautiful, relaxing, worth the money! We will be back!

The wetland behind the property was unique, peaceful and fascinating. The room was slightly dated but comfortable and adequately furnished. The pools needed better care and cleaning. Parking was easy and close to the bulidings. Check and check out in went well. There was very little pressure to attend the timeshare presentation which was refreshing. Housekeeping and the front desk were very responsive and friendly. Very good stay.

When the AC went out that was not great as my room was 80 degrees BUT Will at front desk was so so nice and found me a Fan to use--he is great---give him a raise as he made my stay so much better.

Loved everything about it. I plan on staying here regularly. Just wish an early check-in was easier.

We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom suite. Turned out to be two hotel rooms with a common door which was fine, but not the separate unit I was imagining. We liked the hot/mineral spring pools which were a series of small hot tub type pools in one area of the property, separate from the main pool. It was fairly crowded, though we were there on a holiday weekend, and mostly clean. Attendants were friendly. The marketplace was underwhelming, more like a hotel minimart. There was a restaurant that people in our group tried and said was good. I didn't realize there would be a timeshare pitch at check in. Overall, it was fine, but more of a higher end economy property instead of a nicer resort.

It's an older property and it shows it, feels like an 80's ski resort that's not been updated. Comfortable enough but overpriced for what it is and be aware they try and sell you time share options even calling the room after you've shown no interest at check-in. It's aimed at families, probably fine for them but wouldn't recommend for couples. It's not a terrible resort but just OK and kind of overpriced for what it is.

Overall the location was good and the staff members were very pleasant. Initially we couldn't get into our room; keycards clicked but door wouldn't open. We called for help and after 10 minutes made a 2nd call. Someone from the front desk came but couldn't get the door open either. Maintenance finally arrived and got it open. We had to call again to get hand towels and washcloths, which were promptly delivered. The room was fine, although dated and the screen door came off the track when opened. The exterior hallway had large cracks and holes. The restaurant was okay but service was pretty slow.
