Pools need a bit more cleaning

The hot springs are very relaxing. We'll be back.

The Views were amazing and healing

needs remodeling, steam room not working, pools so messy

I came here for the hot tubs, which I used. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the water. Since, the tubs are not jetted, anything that blows into the water remains there.

Beautiful property but very expensive including tax resort fees. Also very crowded

Arrived a bit late. I was ringing the phone for 10-15 minutes before someone showed up. Left early next day since I was in business, came back around 8pm to find out my room was locked it was about 20 degree outside, had to walk long to the front desk to fix issue, they never told me I had to check-in again as it was a “partial check-in”. Front desk lady gave me attitude., would not recommended for the price.

Now this resort is a timeshare but you can also booked it through a travel site if you are not a timeshare holder. The room was very clean, gave us towels for the hot springs; even though the front desk told us there was no towels in the room and can get it from the front desk, or bring your own; mostly recommend bringing your own! The hot springs tubs and pool was dirty only because it’s outside and trees were around it. The restaurant was good on certain foods are good; we had the poppers was okay didn’t like the brisket on top,”tasted horrible,” pizza was amazing, and the filet mignon was amazing. But it’s your choice on the food. It is close to Gardnerville and South Lake Tahoe. It’s a great little vacation for local’s like us. Do recommend.

This place is nice and Clean and very peaceful. We love it.
