Not sure why the negative comments. The place was really nice and clean our room was big and clean. It was less like a hotel room more like a small apartment. All the amenities you need for a weekend getaway. We got a place With a large bathtub which was a plus! The pools looked like so much fun because the are hot springs, we didn’t get to use which bums me out but they looked busy everytime we passed by. Definetly a great experienced.

We stay at this property every year around the same time. Lovely landscape and surrounding area is fun. However this year we ran out of hot water one night. Additionally, the beds were not 1 king and 1 queen as advertised; they were 1 queen and 1 full. We decided not to attempt to change rooms as the resort was fully booked, and we loved the view. Will continue to come back unless these small issues increase.

"Wonderful Stay"

Bernie at the front check-in is a gem! She went out of her way to quickly correct system errors! Not typical in society today- she deserves a raise! The stay with the kids was so special.
