Holiday Inn Express Slough by IHG

It was clean,staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to navigate round

Stayed in a family room whit out any towel, duva, blanket and sheets for my little son, whit heater broken down and whit no empathy for the night shift manager to bring us one and on top of this, he closed the phone whit a rude attitude during conversation. Avoid

Everything was nice and clean bed was very comfy,we enjoyed our breakfast and the staf were very helpfull,if I were to stay in that area I will stay in that hotel.

Everything was great. The only issue was the heater in the room was broken but they provided a stand alone heater

Cost of parking £14 a day is expensive also the car park has limited spaces. On check out paid for parking but reg no: was not asked for I questioned this but told it wouldn’t be a problem so left wondering if I’ll be sent a fine?

Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate . No apology just told the kitchen got too hot . They said it was outside their control but it is within their control if the kitchen gets too hot .

The train station nearby can get very noisy. The A/c in my room wasnt working so I had to open the window in the evening to lallow some ventilation. This meant that it was noisy all night and I struggled to get a good nights sleep. The manager was kind enough to give me another room , so overall a positive experience but it would be better if they fixed their A/Cs across the rooms.

I tried to cancel cause i ve made a mistake but the staff were not helpfull at all
