Great location Our air con never worked but they brought us a fan for the room. Clean and tidy Breakfast was very tasty

the hotel easy to find good access to transport, clean and tidy check in ok. the major problem with this hotel if you are in rooms ending in 2 eg 402 be expect to be kept up by the lift a little wd40 would not be missed as it feels like its in the room and you will not need an alarm clock.

Slightly disappointed in this whole stay. I arrived in a flap in uniform of whom I work for a well known airline. I was tired and just wanted to have a shower and chill I was told I couldn’t pay cash and it would be 125£ deposit I was so angry. I had the cash and the identification. I had to go to a bank to pay the cash in!!! Service was shocking not happy at all Breakfast was awful I won’t be staying here again

Very disappointed we were promised car parking on our rerun late evening, I decided to check out with full refund caused me and family inconvenience manager was helpful could do much with limited parking space, A better system needs to be in place I wish I was told at counter

Very convenient being right next to the train station however could not believe the price we had to pay for parking. Nice room and breakfast shame about parking.

The car parking situation is a nightmare, had to pay an extra £10 to park overnight in Slough railway station, as there is not enough car parking spaces for the hotel guests!!
