"Not the usual Holiday Inn quality"

The Breakfast was terrible, there was hardly any option. The room was ok, but the BEDS were just awful. No comfort at all. The pillows were hard rocks and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The parking is expensive and not available most of the time. If you are going on a weekend, its hard to find around the Hotel as well.

Fantastic hotel modern , good size room , quick check in , nice breakfast, Would stay again ! Not a lot of parking, £14 a day !

"Idil made our stay! "

The lady managing was amazing with the kids! Her name was Idil and she really did make our stay. Such an asset to the company. The hotel was basic but just what we needed. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and decent free breakfast. Will stay here again.

We stayed one night in a family room after a visit to Legoland. Sofabed wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast selection was great and regularly topped up so was always fresh. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Great value for money. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Miserable receptionist with bad attitude towards customer, the manager and the staff that was on training was speaking they language in front of me...
