Holiday Inn Express Slough by IHG

The hotel itself was excellent, good food and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The one downside was the parking. The small car park was full both nights (plus it's £14 a night) and the surrounding streets were full too. I had to park at a train station down the road

The car park was full and if not they wanted £14 per car per night! The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable with no bath. The staff were busy and unhelpful. I had to park some 10 minute walk just to park the car.

No iron in room, no one brings it up you need to go and collect it? Breakfast mediocre at best although coffee machine is decent. Staff seem more interested in talking amongst themselves and playing on mobiles than actually helping. Will be staying at cheaper air bnbs in the future

The bed was comfortable had a good night sleep. The lift sounded like it’s had better days had to use as on 8th floor. Parking is an nightmare and expensive when you can’t even get a space. Overall not bad place to stay, cheap.

Clean and tidy. Paint flaking on 1 wall. Noisy neighbours

All good so far but not been down and had breakfast as yet

Not to bad for the hotel, it could be a little bit more clean in the bathroom but apart that is OK, good friendly staff and delicious breakfast

Over crowded, poor service overall from staff miserable , car parking charge for the conditions you have to park are awful.

The Staff is professional and friendly. It would have been nice to have a gym.

Very comfortable stay, very pleasant staff.
