Perfect location for the the train station if you want to visit the capital

Customer services on check-in was great, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly chaotic on the saturday morning, breakfast area just not big enough, limited seating for larger parties. Staff member who seemed to be in charge just wandered around not actually doing anything and prioritised his own drink needs rather than dealing with a customer request. He looked like he'd just rolled in from the nightshift in the local nightclub! Rooms were comfy, quiet and very clean.

I found my room to be dirty and not up to standard. On arrival there was a queue so waited 10 mins to check in and was served my a new member of staff who couldn’t see that I’d already paid for my booking. Another staff member eventually sorted it.

Steps away from train station. Short distance from Tesco Extra supermarket and shopping district. One stop train ride to Windsor Castle. Access to london centre is fast via train. Breakfast is quite good.

The staff are helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and of decent size. Breakfast could be better but covers the basics.

The AC was not working. We booked this hotel instead of Travelodge thinking that there’s air condition, unfortunately it was faulty. Reported to staff and gave us an electric fan. The next day, I reported it again and they said they’ll send a maintenance staff to fix it, we arrived at the hotel about 11pm and yet, AC still not working. So for our 3 uncomfortable nights stay, we sacrificed with the heat, can’t open the windows as well due to noice coming from the train station. The toilet also stinks, even after they have cleaned it, once you use it, you can smell the urine smell, which seemed to be a leak.

More info on parking would have been good. We could have saved a lot of money and hassle if we had known that you could park at the train station for £12 for 2 days. Unfortunately the receptionist gave us the wrong information, not very helpful. The breakfast was awful! Disgusting sausages, pale, watery scrambled eggs and cold croissants - yuck!

Staff were very accommodating very friendly and very helpful along with being very polite and we're great with the kids.. Nice welcoming and great greeting each morning at reception..

Room is clean and comfortable, food is mediocre. Friendly staff, but bar tender also needs to take care of food, so food quality is not that good

Clean, friendly staff. Only downfall not much parking. So have to pay for parking elsewhere
