Lovely quiet location

No tea & coffee making facilities and was told to ask at the bar for a cup of hot water, came back 9 pm from a wedding and the bar was closed ? Bottles of water left in room were not complimentary and told when we paid that the water was charged to our final bill. Would not stay again
