Frukosten var ok, god frukt! Hotellet har veldig god plassering.

Litt bedre utstyrt rom, vannkokar, koppar og glas.

Pool schließt bei 35°C Grad bereits um 19 Uhr. An der Bar gab es nur Mineralwasser (0,5 l) Plastikflasche. Restaurant geschlossen. Frühstück erst ab 08:30 Uhr. Bei den herschenden Temperaturen nicht akzeptabel. Abreise war für 7 Uhr geplant. Unflexibel. Nicht mal eine Tasse Kaffee. Zimmer nicht klimatisiert.

Let’s say this place was clean stuff was nice, comfort is zero no AC temperature was 92 degrees no fridge in the room nothing to drink, even when you buy drink if you don’t have refrigerator in the room drink get hot because in the room was like 95 degrees you will get dehydrated and get possibly heat stroke. When we talk with owner he said but when you booked it you saw it what we offer. We been traveling around the world I never pay attention to the A/C because this was the first place ever without one, we had to leave earlier because it was impossible to be in there even day or night. My advise for owner snd booking.com is to take this very seriously because you will be get sued for damages if someone dies in there and that will happens . People with breathing problem like I have or heart problem or any other serious issues will not survive in there. I lost my money and time. You are not able to get cold drink no wedding machine they have restaurant that closed very early so that means you are screwed you get sick/dehydrated there's no help there, I will file complain to booking.com I want my money back I felt like I was tortured because if you pay almost 700 $ for 3 nights you don’t have choice. Even people who work there said it’s bad because of the heat. Place should be locked until get fixed. Little fen above you bed doesn’t help at all on 92 degrees. Booking.com should think about this, this us serious problem only survival was taking shower through yhe night. Basic comfort and needs are important.

The hotel is excellent in every way. Breakfast is fabulous! You can enjoy it inside the wonderful breakfast restaurant or at the patio with amazing lake view. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has beach towels for their guests that you can take to the beach. The water in the lake is crystal clear, and its temperature is comfortable for swimming. My request for the room away from the traffic noise was accommodated, so my window was not facing the lake directly but still had an amazing view. It was not about only a beautiful scenery but also about a tranquil environment. The town is surrounded by pristine alpine nature, and the hotel’s environment is in tune with it which makes it great for a quiet remote work or a spiritual retreat. I came by a couple of churches out of several in town, and was amazed by their baroque style interiors. Staying at this hotel was a nice break in my exploration of major sites in the lake district but it is certainly worth making it a base of the trip instead of transit. It is about an hour to Lugano by car or by bus, and only a half an hour to Menaggio. You can enjoy attractions of both lakes during day trips from the hotel, and have no overnight parking complications compared to hotels in Como.

My room was not small but the pass around the bed to the desk and to the closet was tight. However, it was not important compared to all pros of the place.
