Well my stay started off great. I booked One night and was upgraded to an ocean view suite. I decided to book a second night and was then downgraded. Not so great. Since I was travelling with my daughter and granddaughter it was very inconvenient to have to change room . Hotel is very Nice and full of history. The things to be aware of it is not mobility friendly many stairs and not easy with a stroller either. The hotel is not kiddie friendly at all. The POOL closes at 6!!! Which is ridiculously early ! Service wise I would say most are pleasant but communication seems to be N issue I requested a rollaway bed and was not advised of an extra charge. When it was added to my bill I had to really go at it with the front desk staff. The manager finally credited me for the charges. I would say the most pleasant staff member is Elaria at the front desk. She is very kind and attentive. Also a bartender who is a doll . Didn’t catch his name tho. As far as the food service … the breakfast is very good. The restaurant for dinner not so much. The pasta we had was terrible. Overcooked and no flavour. We ordered the set menu at $30 euro and were deeply disappointed. So all in all a 6/10 for me. Things to be aware of .. extra charges, lots of different stairs, food very blah …

Lovely location with excellent views. Beautiful facilities and our 3 bed room was large and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool as well. Well located next to a good size village with plenty of dining options. Hotel bus to Sorrento was comfortable and convenient.

Not much, enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was incredible!! It has shuttle bus to Sorrento at specific times for the hotel guests, I really liked my stay

Wunderbare Aussicht.

Letztes Jahr schloss der Pool nicht bereits um 18.00. Nach einer langen Fahrt durch 40 grad freute ich mich auf ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool. Fehlanzeige. Wir kamen um 17.30 an und nach dem Einchecken war der Pool zu. Keine Hilfe mit den Koffern. Durch mehrere Treppen zum Zimmer. Abendessen mit 30 Euro o.k., aber geschmacklich ist viel Luft nach oben. Das Hotel war die letzten 3 Jahren definitiv freundlicher und sehr viel besser und der Pool in jedem Fall länger geöffnet. Marlene
