It was clean at least.

Surly front desk staff; noisy location without noise proofing. No elevator on the entrance level- you either had to walk upstairs or downstairs to take an elevator- hardly ADA compliant.

Terrie and Jessica have been amazing. Our company’s team has been coming here for a few months with excellent service. We’ve had needs and accommodations and their communication and assistance was great.

Yes terri was the sweetest and very y kind and help for anything need to make me comfortable breakfast would been better with some hot food

It was so wonderful! Love the decor and the smell! The room was extremely clean and put together. The vibes were overall just wonderful! The location is nice too! It was never too loud which was also nice.😊

This hotel was great. It smelled fantastic when we walked in and the Christmas decorations were adorable. The location was nice and the room was clean. I really liked the TV that I could log into my Netflix. In the bathroom there was no conditioner, only shampoo and body wash but we brought our own hair stuff anyway. The service was great and it was very quiet, which was perfect because we had a long trip in the AM. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come here again!

Terrie was great! She helped me get checked in and made me feel very welcomed. The lobby was cutely decorated for the Christmas holiday and the room was good and clean.

We stayed at the Spark in east Wichita with our dogs for an overnight stop on a road trip. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located off I 35. There were many dining options within a quick drive. We checked in virtually and used a digital key. The room was adequate for the cost and amenities were typical for Spark. The room had a strong cleaning solution smell. The beds/pillows were ok and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. There was no shampoo in the shower or any where in the room. This was not a pleasant surprise when I was already in the shower. The breakfast room was dark and dingy with minimal offerings. There was a grassy area for dog potty with poop bags.
