"Great, peaceful place on the river"

Fritz and Paula were amazing, very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were very accommodating with my epileptic special needs son. They even took the time to find fun things for my family to do around the cabin.

"Loved it!"

A beautiful location for winding down and relaxing. Cabins were very clean and inviting. The entire property felt welcoming. Our hosts were lovely people (and puppy dog). Will definitely be a repeat for us.

"Perfect stay!"

Fritz, Paula and their adorable dog Codi were perfect hosts at the cabin. They view was spectacular and the weather perfect! We did some fishing right off the river in front of the cabin and cooked out. We mainly went so I could get some great shots with my camera and telescopes. The beautiful clear nights did not disappoint! Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed in a cozy cabin in the trees, facing the Rio Grande River. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and perfect for needs. The owner/host was very accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed our visit very much and will definitely stay again.

Great place!!! Excellent handbuilt cabins, very impressive. Beautifully crafted. Decorated artfully inside and outside. Right on the river. Wonderful morning walk . So peaceful! Nice drive to Pagosa Springs, hiking, fishing, adventure
